They are renowned for promoting from within, with several notable success stories, including a secretary becoming COO and a machinist becoming a VP. They are now seeking a VP of Operations to play an instrumental part in their exciting development plans.
In this key role, you will oversee 6 direct reports – the engineering manager, service manager, finance manager, production manager, supply chain manager and an offsite manager. You will manage overall business operations and liaise directly with customers. This role includes up to 25% travel, with international travel included and potential 5 night trips.
