Title: Administrative Specialist
Location: NY –Midtown East, Madison Ave.
Duration: 3 months to start
Pay Rate: $25–28/hour W2 + Benefits
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Administrative Specialist to support a short-term electronic filing project. This position is ideal for someone with prior administrative experience in legal or accounting environments who is comfortable working independently and handling sensitive data with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan, code, and electronically organize I-9 documents in the internal database
- Create and format documents in Microsoft Word
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support file tracking
- Support digital filing initiatives and ensure timely document organization
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data privacy protocols
- Collaborate with internal HR team as needed
Qualifications (Required):
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience within a legal or accounting firm
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience creating/forming documents and working with spreadsheets
- Familiarity with document scanning, coding, and internal databases

Work Schedule & Onsite Expectations:
- 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm
- Onsite 4–5 days/week at project start; transitions to hybrid (3 days onsite minimum) during later phases
