We are currently seeking a Plant/Site Manager for our new facility in Fairless Hills, PA. This position is a vital role for a growing facility.

Top accountabilities and overall objectives:

• Schedule and execute daily plant operations.

• Supervise production employees.

• Oversee maintenance and servicing of equipment.

• Administers company environmental, health and safety policies.

• Ensures and maintains compliance with all regulatory agencies and permits.

• Maintains control of expenses and P&L responsibility of site.

• Ensures quality product is produced and delivered on-time to customers.

• Builds and maintains customer, contractor, vendor and public relations.

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop production employees.
