The Hatch Group, Inc. is looking for a National Program VP of Operations to oversee the operational executive of a large scale program on a national level, ensuring the alignment with our strategic goals. This candidate will lead a team, develop strategies and build relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies and procedures to achieve program goals
- Oversee day to day operations, ensuring productivity and quality
- Recruit and train a team
- Foster a high performing team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Establish key performance indictors and track performance
- Collaborate with all divisions of the company towards a common goal
- Other job responsibilities as position is created
You'll be a good fit:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or operations management
- 10+ years of management/leadership
- Proven track record of planning, executive and team management
- Excellent communication and problem solving
- Experience in construction industry a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
