**Job Description:**
As the Assistant Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting the administrator in the administration, direction, and coordination of all activities within our nursing center. Your pivotal role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as upholding company policies. Addressing concerns and complaints from residents, families, staff, and external agencies will be part of your proactive approach to enhancing patient satisfaction.

**Job Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Long-Term Healthcare management.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Georgia or eligible to sit for the test.
- Demonstrated experience as a positive leader, fostering a supportive and uplifting work environment.
