About The Role
As the Office & People Administrative Coordinator, you serve as the central point of contact for all Lakewood office operations and administrative functions within our organization. Your role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including office management, building and outdoor area maintenance, event planning, procurement, and risk management administration. As a member of the HR team, you support HR with administrative tasks, recruitment strategy, and social media content creation.
Essential Functions
- Front Office Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, mail distribution and car check out process.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the front office area.
- Communicate as needed to Lakewood team as needed..
- Facilities Coordination: Oversee office supplies procurement, inventory management, and maintenance requests for company headquarters. Liaise with service providers and vendors to schedule and supervise facility repairs and improvements.
- Maintains common areas in office to include kitchen, conference room, restrooms and storage areas.
- Event Planning: Take the lead in organizing company events and campus-wide activities, from conceptualization to execution. Coordinate logistics, budgeting, and communication to ensure successful outcomes.
- HR Support: Assist the HR department with various processes. Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Provide administrative assistance for training, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding and employee relations initiatives.
- Ski Pass Program Management: Manage the purchase, distribution, and communication related to the company's ski pass program. Maintain relationships with ski resorts and sales managers to ensure smooth transactions and optimal employee benefits.
- Owns the ski pass check out program. Must maintain a communication process through ski pass phone, mail, teams, etc with check out boxes and calendars.
- Risk Management Administrator: Administrative ownership in risk management tracking and communication to include data collection, data entry and reporting, communication and follow up.
- Communicate effectively with managers, directors and Leadership Team Members to ensure timely updates and compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Owner of The Base Risk Management site and trains managers and others on how to use.
- Requires (current or learned) understanding of rental and repair operations (store visits, training involvement, observation)
- Notary Services: Offer notary services as needed, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to legal requirements.
- Managing Front-End of Christy Sports Intranet (The Base) and Share Point sites.
- Social Media Content (People/HR related): As needed, this position can work with Marketing Team to create engaging recruiting content to promote company initiatives, events, and culture to potential employees.
- Will support corporate administrative projects and support throughout the year to include assisting in Merch, Planning, Operations, Marketing and other functions as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt and be flexible as needed.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must be self-motivator and able to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in event planning, facilities management, recruitment, and social media management is a plus.
- Must be willing to obtain a Notary Public certification.

Budgeted range is: $24.00 – $28.00 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
