We’re looking for a Vice President of Manufacturing to take the reins of operations across three high-performing sites in the U.S. and Canada for a well-established leader in the packaging industry. What You’ll Do:
- Lead manufacturing operations across three North American sites, ensuring performance and efficiency at every level
- Build and execute strategies that increase productivity, quality, and operational excellence
- Champion a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Mentor plant leadership teams and foster a high-accountability, high-performance culture
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and cost control initiatives
- Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement projects across all sites
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety standards and quality systems
- Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Explore and implement automation technologies to enhance efficiencies
- Lead sustainability efforts with a focus on waste reduction and energy efficiency
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership; folding cartons or flexible packaging experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead multi-site, high-volume operations with measurable success
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business (MBA a plus)
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, quality systems (ISO, Six Sigma), and continuous improvement
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Confident communicator and problem-solver with strong project management capabilities
- Comfortable traveling up to 25%
- A hands-on leader who rolls up their sleeves, leads with purpose, and drives action
