President – Manufacturing Operations
A well established and respected manufacturing company located approximately 45 minutes from
Columbus, Ohio is seeking a strategic and hands-on President to lead its full-scale operations. Founded over 50 years ago, our company employs more than 350 people and proudly serves the automotive industry.
This leadership role has been created due to continued expansion and growth. We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking President who can help take our organization to the next level—building on our strong foundation while leading the charge toward future success.
Position Summary:
The President will oversee all aspects of the business, including full P&L responsibility, manufacturing operations, commercial activities, and organizational development. This executive will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, sales, engineering, and finance.
- Ensure strong financial performance and accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue/profit targets.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture that supports continuous improvement, safety, and quality.
- Represent the company in relationships with key customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans aligned with company goals.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and efficiency within the organization.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proven executive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally serving OEM customers.
- 5+ years in leadership in manufacturing
- Deep understanding of operations, P&L management, and organizational leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, inspire, and engage a large, diverse workforce.
- A track record of driving results while preserving a positive and value-driven culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
