Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service
- Sort and distribute incoming faxes and documents to the appropriate staff or department
- Maintain and update patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system with strict confidentiality
- Support other office-related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Proper telephone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to confidentiality
