This leader is responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and onboarding a team of high performing Field Franchise Partner Consultants. This role will ensure their direct reports are performing and achieving their goals with a high level of excellence. This role is also responsible for ensuring all Franchise Partners under their leadership are operating with excellence and delivering consistently on our Brand Promise.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for Franchise Partner Consultants by tracking goals, hosting weekly meetings, and conducting individual coaching and training
- Interview, hire, coach and develop the Franchise Partner Consultant Team, cultivating a culture of accountability and high performance
- Travel monthly to direct reports markets to ensure alignment and provide feedback on opportunities to improve
- Ensure accountability of all assigned OKRs for all direct reports, including profitability and operational success of franchise partners
- Teach direct reports how to host effective market meetings and attend market meetings when possible
- Facilitate issue resolution by engaging appropriate levels of support
- Summarize large opportunities for improvement within the franchise community to stakeholders and create appropriate recommendations as necessary
- Update Director of Franchise Partner Consultants with regular status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key initiatives and objectives
- Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal teams and Franchise Partners, tailoring messaging to different audiences and fostering clarity, alignment, and trust
- Serve as a Crumbl 4 walls operations expert and ensure that all assigned locations are performing within operations standards through on site coaching
- Read and attend all Crumbl training materials to stay up to date of all new procedures
- Seek every opportunity to applaud operational excellence with awards and recognition
- Review operational dashboards for the assigned market region to create regional benchmarks, identify opportunities for each store, and create action plans to address shortcomings
- Lead special projects as assigned, demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage cross-functional efforts from concept to execution
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex FP issues, including investigations and sensitive conversations, guiding toward resolution with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or quantitative field
- MBA Preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Management experience in similar or related role leading a team
- Background in operations management is preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience of P&L management at a retail level, including strong knowledge of processes for cost controls, waste management, etc
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies for increasing customer visit frequency, customer loyalty and a premium brand status within the communities that Franchise Partners serve customers
- Excellent and proven planning and execution skills

- Excellent collaboration, leadership, communication and decision-making skills; ability to balance strategy and execution of various activities
- Ability to adapt quickly and deliver results in a high velocity environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to easily and succinctly communicate the bottom line to all levels of the organization
- Proven record and ability to have crucial conversations with direct reports, Franchise Business Owners, and others across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to create structure, give strong guidance, and prioritize both theirs and their direct reports work without having to be heavily coached by their leader
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work and thrive in an ambiguous environment
- Proficient in Google Drive, Intercom, Monday, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and any other programs utilized by Crumbl
