What You'll Do:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant - Med-Tech, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor their health, provide emotional support, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure medications are administered correctly and track medication doses
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and recording vital signs
Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Collaborating with the nursing team to develop care plans
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Certified Nursing Assistant (Med-Tech) include:

Valid Maine certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Valid Maine certification as a Med-Tech
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Dedication to upholding high standards of care
