Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Floor Nurse to join our team at our facility in Saginaw. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
