Qualifications
- Strong skills in Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing Operations
- Experience in general Manufacturing processes
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Training and developing team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in manufacturing processes are a plus
