What You'll Do as a Scheduler:
As our Scheduler, you're the heartbeat of our daily operations. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly — ensuring caregivers are matched with clients, filling open shifts, and keeping families informed. If you’re organized, people-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you.
A Day in the Life:
Coordinate daily caregiver schedules to ensure seamless client coverage
Be a calm, friendly voice on the phone for clients and caregivers
Quickly respond to last-minute changes, call-outs, and shift gaps
Notify clients and families of any schedule updates or caregiver changes
Work closely with our operations and care team to make sure everyone is on the same page
Send a daily summary report to the team so nothing falls through the cracks
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, proactive communicator who loves solving problems
Experience working with seniors or in healthcare is a big plus
Comfortable working with clients who may have dementia or Alzheimer’s
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Flexible and calm under pressure — you thrive in a busy office!
High School Diploma or GED required
