What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians.
- Support residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and care planning.
- Communicate with families and collaborate closely with a cohesive care team.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive environment where both staff and residents thrive.
What You Bring:
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in NC
- A heart for service, a desire for connection, and a drive to grow.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus—but passion and commitment matter most.
