We are seeking a Manufacturing/Production Manager to lead operation in a GMP-regulated environment (food, beverage, or pharma). This role involves managing safety, quality, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives, while leading a team of direct and indirect reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance in safety, quality, and productivity
- Lead CI projects to reduce scrap and increase efficiency
- Oversee scheduling, manpower, and shift operations
- Mentor and develop production staff
- Ensure compliance in a fast-paced, Lean-driven setting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (technical field preferred)
- 3+ years in manufacturing leadership (GMP environment)
- Experience in packaging, CI, and managing teams
- Strong Excel and data reporting skills
