Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. This position involves inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, as well as conducting regular audits to verify the integrity of the information stored.
Responsibilities
- Input data into databases quickly and accurately.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before inputting it into systems.
- Maintain and update existing data records as required.
- Conduct regular audits of data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for data entry processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and entry.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
