Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team! In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for matching the right caregivers with the right clients to ensure timely, high-quality care delivery.
🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and assign caregivers to client visits based on availability and care needs
- Manage and update caregiver schedules using our scheduling system
- Handle schedule changes, client requests, and urgent staffing needs quickly and professionally
- Act as the main point of contact for caregivers regarding their schedules
- Communicate schedule updates clearly to both clients and staff
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with management
- Maintain accurate records of caregiver assignments and client schedules
- Provide responsive, solution-focused support to caregivers and families
✅ What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of scheduling experience (home care or healthcare setting strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
