A day in the life of a Caregiver Recruiting Coordinator
In this role, you will support Tribute's mission of building a high-performance, low-turnover community of the best Caregivers in home care by supporting recruiting efforts to hire remarkable Caregivers across the company.
This will be done by:
- Embodying Tribute's mission, understanding the experience of our Caregivers and embracing Tribute's difference
- Reviewing applications and conducting phone screens to evaluate Caregivers' qualifications and experience
- Guiding applicants through Tribute's hiring process, offering assistance and instructions to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assisting with the new hire onboarding process
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and Tribute's policies
This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person team meetings or events held at our Framingham, MA office.
Here's what the ideal candidate will bring to Tribute:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with technology and comfortable learning and adopting new systems
- The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow
- Collaborative approach
- Residency in Massachusetts within a commutable distance to Tribute's Framingham, MA office, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings and events
