Primary Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting Investment bankers from junior to senior level.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate internal/external appointments across multiple time zones.
- Arrange heavy domestic and international travel logistics, including flights hotels, and ground transportation.
- Process expense reports using Concur.
- Maintain and update executives CRM system with client information and meeting notes.
- Hours are 9am – 5pm
Required Background/Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting professionals in Investment Banking or Financial Services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience using Concur and CRM platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Full Time Salary Range of $75,000-$95,000
