- $5,000.00 - 2yr Commitment | 0-1 years experience including recent graduates
- $7,500.00 - 2yr Commitment | 1+ years experience
Responsibilities:
- Assists with statistical data collection
- Processes prescription refills
- Orders labs/testing per standing orders and schedules appointments with appropriate office as needed
- Communicates with other departments and pharmacies regarding patient needs, as necessary.
- Documents accurately all call inquiries, communicating complex triage calls with registered nurse, supervisor and/or providers and pends verbal orders.
- Provides patient education regarding disease management and medications, and anticipatory guidance and counseling.
- Provides healthcare recommendations based on registered nurse, advanced practice professional (APP) or physician's assessment of patient needs using approved protocols.
- Assesses patient's chief complaint and relays to next level provider.
- Provides healthcare information to patients through telecommunications media using the nursing process.
- Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing.
- One-year clinical experience preferred.
- EPIC Experience preferred.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- *Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
