As Manufacturing Manager, you’ll lead metals processing, machining, and testing for an aerospace-component facility employing 400 hourly operators and eight supervisors, ensuring mission-critical delivery of nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys under AS9100 quality standards. We support defense and industrial OEMs from manufacturing site in northern NJ (west of NYC), with a facility slated to double in capacity over the next five years.
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

- Uphold AS9100 compliance and leverage data-driven insights for risk reduction and cost avoidance.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU’LL NEED:
A bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting—ideally metals or aerospace—and demonstrated expertise in Lean Daily Management; must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR.
