VP Operations (Scientific Manufacturing Leader)

A leading global manufacturer of high complexity scientific products is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee multi-site manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering functions. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll lead global operations (US, EMEA, Asia) and help drive modernization, collaboration, and growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategy to improve cost, delivery, and value
- Lead cross-functional teams and global sites (including small subsidiaries)
- Promote lean practices, team development, and continuous improvement
- Create and implement a 90-day plan alongside the CEO
Candidate Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior manufacturing leadership (multi-site, high-mix/low-volume)
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality
- Collaborative, humble leadership style with strong strategic vision
- P&L experience, ideally from top-tier global companies
