The Director of Operations will lead the development and implementation of best-in-class manufacturing processes to support the rapid growth of a dynamic consumer packaged goods brand based in San Antonio, Texas

**Must be bilingual and be able to converse in both english and spanish**
This role will oversee all manufacturing operations (2 plants), supply chain, and compliance, ensuring operational excellence through improving operational processes, scalability, and continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Director of Operations will create a strategic and process-driven framework that aligns manufacturing operations
with the company’s overarching goals for growth, quality, and efficiency.
