- Batch manufacturing experience preferred

Reporting to the COO, the Plant General Manager, NE, provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the company meets its goals and objectives and the two facilities' KPIs. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing budgets, leading the facility management team, and fostering cross-functional relationships with stakeholders to drive growth and innovation. Additionally, the Plant GM focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to maintain best-in-class relationships with the Company’s customers.
LOCATION
The role is based in the Lincoln area. A local commute or relocation is required. This role requires an average of 10% travel, with the potential for more initial travel during the onboarding and expansion phase.
COMPENSATION
Compensation will be market-based and competitive. It will include a base salary, performance-based bonus, and meaningful equity interest.
