Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process for the insulation product line
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals

- Manage budgetary and financial aspects of the manufacturing operations

- Proven experience in a senior manufacturing role within the Building Materials industry
