Production Supervisor

NIGHT SHIFT: MON-THUR 5:00PM-3:30AM

Describe the Department

Lead people in the Nacelles, Hub, and Drive Train lines to produce safely quality focused products to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

Plan daily labor to perform safe and quality work.
Understand and execute HSE safety policies and procedures.
Lead people and supervise processes to ensure compliance with the procedures. Interview, hire, promote, and reprimand team members who are direct reports.
Address complaints, concerns, and ideas for continuous improvement.
Support company and manager directions. Develop the team in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity measurements and execution.

Qualifications

Associates Degree, bachelor's degree preferred.

5 years' experience leading people in a manufacturing environment

Competencies

Computer skills: MS Office Suite, ERP, timekeeping, and incident gathering tools. Ability to lead people. Knowledge of how to train, teach, and coach team members. Ability to create, maintain, and improve a safe work environment.

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 (Plus a night shift differential)
