Chief of Staff to CEO

Location: Onsite, Foster City, CA (5 days/week)

Compensation: $170,000–$200,000/year + benefits

A fast-growing company in Foster City is seeking a strategic and trusted Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO. This is a high-impact role for a sharp operator who thrives on driving alignment, managing priorities, and turning strategic vision into reality.

The Job

As Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as the CEO’s right hand—bringing focus, structure, and execution to the company’s most critical initiatives. You’ll ensure decisions turn into action, communication flows seamlessly, and the leadership team stays aligned around what matters most.

You Will:

Partner with the CEO to shape and execute company strategy and vision
Align cross-functional teams around priorities and measure progress
Lead strategic initiatives, OKRs, and board preparation
Anticipate challenges and deliver data-driven insights
Manage the CEO’s time, calendar, and key relationships
Serve as a trusted thought partner and proxy for the CEO when needed
Craft high-quality communications and presentations for executives, investors, and employees
MANAGE the CEO’s CALENDAR, but not inbox.

About You

10+ years as a Chief of Staff in management consulting, strategy, investment banking, or high-growth tech operations
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with measurable results
Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
High EQ, discretion, and the ability to lead with influence
A natural leader, adept at guiding with insight and empathy.
Equally skilled at strategic planning and hands-on execution
