The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our databases and systems. This role is crucial to our data integrity and overall operational success.

**Responsibilities**

Accurately input data into internal databases and systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when identified
Maintain and update records efficiently and consistently
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Perform regular data backups and reporting tasks
Communicate with team members to ensure data alignment and process improvement

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
