Summary

Per Sé Group is hiring an Interim Plant Manager to oversee three power generation facilities in Georgia. Our client is one of the nation’s largest power supply cooperatives and one of the primary energy producers in Georgia, generating power for multiple electric membership corporations and the approximate 4.7 million people they serve.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, maintenance, budgeting, and administrative functions to meet company and group goals.
Manage 17 direct and indirect reporting employees.
Manage the Enterprise Asset Management System (CMMS) to optimize maintenance planning.
Ensure an adequate spare parts inventory based on OEM recommendations.
Identify and implement operational improvements.
Supervise scheduled and emergency maintenance activities.
Analyze facility financial performance and ensure adherence to financial controls.
Oversee purchasing, payroll, and benefits administration in compliance with HR policies.
Monitor and report on energy regulatory activities affecting the facility.
Provide timely reports on cost allocation, system reliability, performance, and compliance.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in power plant operations and maintenance management.
Extensive knowledge of GE and Siemens/Westinghouse gas turbine technologies preferred.
Strong background in gas turbine operations, generators, and electronic monitoring systems.
Regulatory compliance expertise (NERC, FERC, and environmental regulations).
Proven managerial and supervisory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CMMS, and plant management software.
Knowledge of HR processes and compliance is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

The pay range for this role is $75-$85/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
