We're looking for a hands-on, people-first Plant Manager to lead a 100-person plant in Riverside, CA facility (with plans to grow to 120+ in 6 months.

Responsiblities

Operations Leadership

Own all plant functions, including production, safety, inventory, scheduling, and budgeting

Team Growth

Lead and grow a team of 100 to 120+ in 6 months as we scale operations

Automation & Technical Aptitude

Oversee a facility with advanced automation—technical comfort is key

Budget & Controls

Manage P&L, cost controls, and inventory accuracy, and coordinate with IT

Culture Champion

Drive a “management-by-walking-around” leadership style; lead from the floor, not from an office

Safety First

Build and maintain a strong safety-first culture in a heavy production environment
