We are seeking a **Front Office Assistant** to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. This role is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations, providing outstanding administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming environment for both clients and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

**Responsibilities**

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain office organization, supplies, and records
Support daily administrative functions, including document preparation and filing
Coordinate meeting logistics and assist in handling office correspondence
Collaborate with internal departments to support ongoing operations and initiatives

Qualifications

Customer service experience
Dental office experienced (preferred)
