We are hiring dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a local opportunity in Denver, CO (80210) serving patients in a supportive and collaborative care environment. This role is perfect for nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care and want to make a difference close to home.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care, including patient assessments, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and preventative care.
Accurately document all care provided in accordance with compliance standards.
Uphold infection control and safety policies at all times.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
At least 1 year of recent RN experience (geriatrics, long-term care, or community-based care a plus).
Current BLS certification.
Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills.
