Responsibilities

The Data Entry Clerk will spend the day wrapped in data! As a critical member of the Operations team, the Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering data in the student information data system, being relentlessly focused on efficient process outcomes and continual improvements. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, organized, and has excellent time management skills. The right person for this position will know how to tell a story with data.

Enter Data in the company Database systems
Reconcile attendance on a daily basis
Provide senior management with up-to-date program metrics
Maintain reports with a high level of data integrity and accuracy
Complete District compliance request
Complete additional administrative task
Not comprehensive - other duties as assigned
40 hours a week
$20-22 an hour based on experience

Qualifications

1 year data entry experience preferred
Expertise in Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Google Suite
Speed and efficiency in processing data
Strong communication and time management skills
