Lasalle Network is partnered with a tech start-up that is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is all about creating a welcoming environment, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting their team with essential administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and warm manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and organized.
Handle mail, deliveries, and supplies ordering.
Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
Reliable form of transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.
