Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead operations at two communities, right next to each other, totaling 140 units, in Aurora, CO. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee all property maintenance operations across two communities
Train and supervise full-time maintenance technicians and manage vendors
Lead unit turns with a focus on quality, speed (5-day standard), and move-in readiness
Prioritize and resolve daily work orders with urgency and a resident-first attitude
Manage inventory, ensure timely follow-up, and close out completed work in Yardi
Coordinate seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal and on-call rotation

What You Bring to the Team

At least 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
Strong organization, scheduling, and communication skills
General repair skills (electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, etc.)
A personal basic tool set (small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, pliers, knife, tape measure, etc.)
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
You live within 10 miles of Park at Fitzsimmons Apartments in Aurora, CO
