Now we’re hiring a Head of Operations to lead our flagship production build and scale us from startup to full production.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks like a TPM and executes like an Ops Leader. You’ll drive cross-functional execution across manufacturing, installs, supply chain, product, and delivery.

✅ Ideal background:

7+ years in Ops or TPM roles at a hardware, energy, or tech startup
Experience building systems from scratch in fast-paced environments
Strong lean manufacturing + first principles mindset
Proven track record driving complex programs across teams
