Position Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can help streamline our operations and serve as the right hand to the CEO. You will support administrative tasks, contract management, email communication, document organization, and other ad hoc projects as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a small business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the company
Draft, review, and organize contracts and corporate documents
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and calendar appointments
Maintain digital records and organize company files (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Track project deadlines, client communications, and deliverables
Assist with federal contracting registrations, certifications, and compliance (training provided)
Conduct research and compile summaries for business development
Serve as a general administrative resource to support business operations

Qualifications:

Prior experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
Quick learner with a growth mindset and willingness to take initiative
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
