Job Title: Production Line

Hourly: Base $15 an hour with Tips average pay is $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

This is position is great for both experienced and newcomers, in car cleaning.

Production Line work is always passed over by many not realizing the opportunities it can give. Working in a production line to clean vehicles you will learn our business from the ground up. You will learn to detail a vehicle for profit, not show. Our goal here is to provide the best quality service to all our customers by repairing the local Scratch-O-Matic wash has caused most vehicles in the Treasure Valley.

What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities

ensure all goals are met to ensure production line flow
stay within time frames for assigned tasks
Move cars around the site in a safe manor
Ensure your workstations are kept neat and clean
Build your skills in cleaning, vacuuming and reconditioning vehicles to the standards our clients deserve
Learn about being part of a team environment

Qualifications And Requirements

A high level of motivation (deadlines must be met)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Work outdoors in all types of weather
Flexibility to work mornings or evenings and weekends (closed Mondays for maintenance)
Availability to work or 8-hour shifts with 2 days off or 10 hours shifts with 3 days off
Willingness to clean and recondition all types of vehicles
