Responsibilities

Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards and promoting proactive safety practices across the facility.
Drive plant performance by aligning operational goals with production schedules, customer demands, and quality objectives.
Lead strategic planning initiatives to optimize output, reduce waste, and improve workflow efficiency through Lean manufacturing practices.
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team to foster accountability, engagement, and skill development at all levels.
Collaborate closely with supply chain, engineering, and sales teams to streamline operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
Monitor operational metrics and financial performance, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions when needed.
Manage site-level capital projects and oversee equipment upgrades to ensure operational readiness and technological advancement.
Encourage cross-departmental communication to ensure cohesive execution of production goals and corporate initiatives.
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for production or quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
Represent the facility in audits, customer visits, and executive reviews, providing insight into plant capabilities and performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing tools and principles (e.g., Toyota Production System).
