Director of Demand and Supply

Job Type: Full-time; Hybrid

Responsibilities

Maintaining industry leading customer service levels.
Development of reliable demand forecast models supporting an environment experiencing high organic growth.
Partnering with Commercial, Finance, and Plants to develop and deliver commercial roadmap.
Create and implement Integrated Business Planning process, incorporating customer and product expansion.
Establish and lead a consensus demand planning model.
Ensuring supply models are in place that support the demand forecast and work with finite planner to ensure products are available to support customer service levels.
Implement an Integrated Business Plan model.
Collaborate with Operations to continually validate capacity models.
Collaborate with Procurement to ensure supply model can support growth targets.
Establish inventory levels to support business growth.
Lead production planning at the factories.
Completing additional duties as assigned/needed.

Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain roles in plant and corporate environment.
Experience in demand and supply planning.
Experience working in a growth environment.
Demonstrated understanding of demand forecasting and the ability to develop these models.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to use technology (ERP/Forecasting software, etc.) to improve supply chain processes.
Utilize data to identify trends, analyze performance and drive improvement
Establish meaningful KPI’s to establish a reliable base line and drive improvement on supply chain processes.
Ability to build and develop an effective supply chain team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Cross functional team collaboration.
Collaborative personality and communication style with a strong inclination to action.
Ability to travel monthly to Irwindale, CA.
