What We Offer:

1:12 call schedule, evenly shared among providers, with Physician Associate support; no facial trauma call
Starting annual salary of $400,000, with highly competitive compensation, transparent financials and a short track to partnership
Tiered production bonuses starting at 20%, available from Day 1
