This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our data systems operate effectively and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain records in both electronic and physical formats
Assist with data cleansing and validation projects
Retrieve and process documents as requested by management
Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection protocols
Work closely with other departments to support data needs
Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

**Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar administrative role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of database systems is a plus
