Position Overview:
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents in a warm, resident-focused environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team under a brand-new management team dedicated to improving staffing ratios and care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care and assist with daily living activities.
Observe and monitor resident health and vital signs, documenting accurately.
Administer medications, treatments, and collaborate with Registered Nurses and Unit Managers on care plans.
Support resident admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
Participate in resident engagement and daily hygiene assistance.

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.
Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable.
Ability to work collaboratively with the care team.
